It says a lot when Berg refers to having 'given' him wifes and kids that he beat and injured. First of all it shows women and kids were treated as property and objects in general.
Secondly, they kept giving these 'objects' to him KNOWING he had a history of extreme domestic violence.
Is there anywhere that the family documented his sexual abuse of minors? If there is not, the omission would seem to be significant.
