You're right, Jim is the one who should answer since he's really in the know. My attempt at answering was taken from collecting answers that he has already pretty much posted at various places, or some of the answers I personally have received.
Writing Jim yourself is an easy thing for anyone to do, so is going through all the posts on the subject already put up and gleaning the answers. I had just hoped to simplify it a little bit for someone who had some simple questions. Sorry I was mistaken in my attempt to help. I will refrain from doing it anymore.
