I don't know about you but some of us are still dealing with the fallout and have to do it the best we can. We can only try.
I guess my answer to your question is people will have to deal and try to survive. Thinking ahead does not mean we can get resources out of thin air. Some of us ex members are still surviving and trying to heal from severe wounds. I am overloaded as it is.
