You've done your homework and made an excellent point: Sue Kauten was Zerby's right-hand woman. Even if she was on a "leave of absence" from TF, her 30 years in the organization as Zerby's administrative assistant made her one of the most culpable members. I'm not saying she deserved to be executed by Ricky, but I certainly would have included her name in whatever criminal charges are eventually brought against TF's leadership.
The question of "who is a leader?" in TF has always puzzled me. I would say the people who lived in The Unit with Berg & Zerby have clearly have criminal liability for their participation in TF's promotion of pedophilia and other forms of child abuse from 1968-1994. Those who have supported Zerby & Smith's efforts at coverup since 1986-present are looking at criminal liability for obstruction of justice, imo.
