Having now seen his picture, I'm pretty sure he was in Isaac Numbers WS Home in Hong Kong when I was there at the end of 89 and beginning of 90. He was travelling around with Isaac (Ike) and was there when that Home closed down. Several months later I saw him again in Macau. Does anyone know if Isaac is still in TF or not, and if not whether he can confirm this is the same person?
