Consider the source: Marc to Claire. I realize the academics Marc's reporting on have a long track record of sucking up to their sources, but I also have trouble believing that FFing is actually legal in Italy, even if it is not deemed prostitution in the "purist" sense. FFing still represents a public health risk, regardless of its motivation.
