"I do think Perry was overly harsh and far too edgy, and I applaud your answers to him, which were very well thought out."
That really was unnecessary for you to repeat what I had already admitted to her. What's your purpose in repeating my own self-criticism? Do you have a bone to pick with me too? You make some very valid points in this and your other posts, and I have not taken issue with you, so why did you find it necessary to not just repeat my admission but to magnify it by saying I was harsh, which I never said, and adding the qualifier "far too" to my admission that I have "an edge."
And as far as her answers to me being "well thought out", I could continue to pick apart her answers to me on several levels, but I'm not willing to continue wasting my time with her. It's great that you and others have the patience to try and help her with her project. And I was sincere when I said that I hope she does well and gets it right.
She has made many assumptions about me and other exmembers. She makes patronizing statements that come across as arrogant at worst, and misinformed at best, and that irks me coming from an academic researcher. There's a good chance I have more years of university experience than she, yet I can point out several places in her posts where she assumes I don't understand the rigours and requirements of her academic research. I never would've gotten my professional degree without applying those qualities to my own writing and research projects.
