TSers or FMers, Fellow Members, as they are now called really do get almost all the pubs. I know some FMers close to where I live, the guy works his butt off as a manual laborer trying to support his family, they have a lot of kids, but he doesn't give a darn about reading the pubs. His wife still does, and their 10% means that they are supporting the "Lord's work". They both think they have blessings none others have. But things are far from functional with this family.
In order to pay their 10% they have to cut a lot of corners, for example all the gov't allocations they get for their children is not tithed. Otherwise they couldn't afford the 10%, they have to get extra help from public assistance which of course they don't tithe either.
They don't do any witnessing of any kind, they don't participate in any Family fellowships of any kind. They just send in a monthly TRF, with some money, and get their mailings. For the Family the bottom line is the money even though this couple doesn't send that much.
