...it's entering grey territory. Perry's post will be referring to something that is off the record since it's deleted. By allowing Perry's post to be up, we would have to allow the post he answered to to be up, just to be fair. Tell you what, I'll repost Perry's post here, and he can rewrite it if he wishes to, in a context that isn't referring to a post we have decided has no right to be up in the first place. If you wish, you can copy this post. But after 2 days, this post will be deleted.

PERRY'S POST
-------------------------------------------------
Regulars on this board know that I don't share David's religious perspective. However, there is much in his response to Keda's so-called apology that I do agree with. He rightfully points out that it can't be an apology when she doesn't even acknowledge, or even recognize the many ways in which she is personally responsible for so much harm to so many people. Instead, she makes excuses, relying on the familiar tactic of admitting "mistakes were made", without ever accepting that many of those "mistakes" were criminal in nature. She was, and mostly like still is, completely self-deluded in that regard, like all current leadership in TF.
I usually avoid generalizations like my last sentence, but in this case, I think that anyone currently in a leadership position, whether at the very top or at the local home level, is responsible for maintaining the existence of a corrupt organization with a very sordid past.
This is not an attack against religious freedom, as TF likes to spin attacks like these. TF, founded by a very corrupt man who is still revered, continues to be led by very corrupt leaders at the top. Regular members at the Home level need to disassociate themselves from this cult before they go down with it.
If their missionary work really is of God, they can completely cut themselves off from further fellowship with TF, denounce its doctrines, and still preach the gospel message, which they claim is really what they are all about anyway. If the gospel message is so simple and straightforward, why do they need thousands of Berg and Zerby letters to explain it to them?
