When I "left" with my kids 7 years ago my ex had threatend to go to court because of "kidnapping". I was at that time scared to death when I read his letter. My lawyer said he had no way with this as he is in a "Psycho-Sect". Thatīs the term the Family is listed here in Germany. So he would have had to prove here, that my action threatened their wellbeing.
