Is that a rug, Peter?

Looking at Peter's mug for the first time, the first thing that hit me is that the king bitch wears a rug. Check it out:

How old is this guy? He looks to be around 60ish to me. I've seen very few guys (or women, for that matter) in their 50s with this much hair. What really looks suspicious is the way it bunches up at the hairline where the hair is thinning on most of us.
