I'm sure the situation is complex and without easy solutions, but maybe if the previous poster sends our thoughts off to her family they might have something to say, either to let us know ways we can practically help, or to tell us thanks but we can't really help. I trust her family knows her situation well, but I thought I'd at least bring this up.
