I understand what you say about parents writing statements & posting them on a website & if someone has witnessed abuse or heard about it that's an excellent idea, but you also mention *writing at your own risk.* I assume you're talking about the threat of legal action against parents who either witnessed or knew about abuse, but didn’t report it at the time.
Could you elaborate on the general idea here?
