I think eventually people do move on and probably never visit these sites again, especially the FGA's, hence the low FGA site population. I often wonder why I visit the ex-sites, morbid curiosity perhaps. I know that I'd like to move on and in many ways I have but after commiting 25 yrs of my life to TTF I don't think I'll ever get it completly out of my system.
The key is to let go of everything you thought you were and allow yourself & perceptions to be remade through new experiences and evaluation, which takes time. In fact till the day you die.
