Victims Assistance Programs

For those from USA, there are programs to assist victims of crime incl. Sexual abuse. To apply I believe you only have to provide info. regarding the abuser and be willing to file charges. Not sure about limitations. But I know the state of California has no limitations for people sexually abused as children. You don't have to know the name but I don't know the details.
I do know a woman who used the Victims Assistance Program for the state of TX (she was raped by an unknown assailant) and they have helped her with therapy and resources. Maybe this helps and maybe it doesn't but here is the federal contact site:
