Send anything and everything as long as it is _NOT_ pictures of nude minors.
Also, I would prefer it if the text was simple plain text (no formatting or non-standard ASCII characters).
If you send images, please send the highest resolution you have. The above account is with Gmail and they provide me with 1 GB of free storage, so I won't run out of room anytime soon.
