Information on the Zerby cash purchases of property are found at movingon.org. The discussion under "New info on Maria's investment in her parents retirement home" has a continuing series of posts from Nancy, Big Sister & SnoopDawg where people are researching the public records of Pima County and Arizona concerning the Zerby's business activities over the past 30 years. The Tucson Citizen reporters can verify this information through a public records search of their own after they're informed of what is there.
The information about the GN where King Peter talks about Maria taking care of her parents needs more research. Someone on one of the three boards (NewDayNews?) brought it up in response to Bill Dayos post. Documentation would simply be the GN number, date of release, with the quote.
