No, you weren't a fool, and neither were the rest of us FGs who got suckered into that twisted cult. We were young and naieve, and in the early years of the COG, the news reports about the group were mostly positive.
This guy Pat, on the other hand, is an adult, and there have been plenty of negative reports about TF/COG over the past 30+ years. Yet this supposedly educated and intelligent adult dismissed all the evidence against this cult, after spending a few minutes talking to just one set of TF member's children. Yes, I call him a fool.
