The 2003 990 form posted on their web site is missing Schedule 2 related to Part II, question 22.
This is the list of people and projects that have rceived cash grants and allocations. The FCF 990 forms on guidestar.org have this information but the 2003 990 is not there. It is important as for example, it was from examining this list from the 2002 990, that it became known that they gave Gordon Melton $10,000. It seems they delay the release of this information as long as possible by always requesting two three month extensions, filing the forms at the last minute, not releasing them publically until 2 months after filing and then ommitting important information in the 990 they publish on their web site.
