Nice to know you and welcome. Have you checked on this site? There are a few things on the COG pubs section and I understand they are constantly putting up more and more. You may find what you are looking for there.
In the meantime, tell us a little about yourself. You've had a hard time adjusting? No kidding. FFing and the whole Berg legacy ripped us all into pieces in more ways than one. I would suggest finding a good therapist who is skilled in things like sexual abuse and traumatic experiences. Trust me, it's VERY helpful.
