is it "our children" this and that ("we love *our* children and would never abuse them" "our children are a blessing from god" "we have a right to raise our children in our religion") right up until abuse is the issue, when suddenly it becomes "parents [...] are ultimately responsible for the well-being of *their* child."
If they really were, your lifestyle would look a helluva lot differemt.
