The point is that Peter first said it was a member of TF, and then he said it was a former member.
Peter also BOTH said TF was in no way involved in Zerby's retirement home, and said Angela was involved.
There is some kind of cover up going on. TF hadn't had their best cover alibi ironed out yet, thus the conflicting statements.
