Read the documents on their website. They OWN the entire facility & 5 acres of property. Chck out the floorplan. They OWN it. And to add to the *homey* atmosphere, they say, the Zerbys live right on the property in a house.
Get it? They own the whole property & have a little house of their own on the property they own.
