Be sure to put a very clear disclaimer on the post or any fax that the transmission of the information is for study,research and/or legal purposes. Publishing or posting such material is a criminal offense under any other conditions in many juristictions. IMO the burden of proof for motive and the following legality of such posting is on the sender.
