We don't know the fact. The intent may not have been killing. If rage was involved and things became physical death may have been accidental and that is an entirely different story.
IF it is murder (and we do not have data yet) then it is important to know whether it is first or second degree and the all circumstances in the case. In extremely traumatic and severe cases of abuse rage on the part of the abused is a common (and I would say justified) occurrence. I am speculating though because we really DO NOT KNOW yet what happened.
I really hope this time, THIS TIME this is the event that opens up the whole can of worms.
