About my comment on your parents, I accept what you say. I was talking about the possibility of some emotional displacement about the frustration over what you detail above (the many FG's etc) because the individual parent wound is always the deepest, the most personal and the most enduring. I am speaking from experience. I could be wrong, but please keep an open file on that one if you can before discarding it completely.
