Wikipedia is a bit different. It is okay for people to edit the work of others on that site. So, what seems to be transpiring is a war of will between people trying to describe the COG in a way that (in my opinion) is more historically accruate, and those who believe differently.
Objections have been raised regarding calling the group a "cult". Also in the area of saying that group engaged in any form of prostitution, child abuse, or underaged sex.
Of course, this is a familar argument that many of us have heard before. The Family tends to make up their own definitions for terms that most of us understand pretty clearly.
Basically, what it happening, is someone will put something in the description, and then someone else will take it out. Then the original person will "revert". It goes in circles. All the while, a discussion is going on where the "Pro-COG Editors" are trying to convince others that things like that FF'ing really wasn't prostitution, and there never was any child abuse in The Family.
This isn't something that was going on at some time in the past, if you check, it is unfolding by the minute.
