I've had been locked in a battle with this hotel chain in Europe. At some point, the President of the chain mentioned in passing what I do for a living. Then he sent me a birthday present this week. I figured he must have done a background check on me to find this stuff out.
I was telling Jane that anyone who spent money to find out the truth about me would end up with a pretty boring report.
