It is.
I first met Morningstar in Amsterdam.
Later I met her and Ricky in Moscow in '97. I guess the kids that were with them, mostly teens and older, were a mix from both their previous marriages. They had a singing troupe, they did a lot of vintage Beetles. They were good, but most Russians in the late 90's wanted to hear Russian songs. Anyway I thought when I met them, "Is this really the famous Ricky and Elaine of the HCS and Victors program?" Because they were real liberals by '97, meaning "liberal" when it came to interpertation of Charter rules. I was like that too. Their teens were on the wild side, for me they were a fun group to be around, and who wanted to try to enforce & keep impossible Charter rules, such as the alcohol limits, going two by two, not letting your young adults date outsiders, limiting outside worldly influences, watching only recommended movies, etc. By that time I'd given up on trying keep up with the CM (DO) Family, but I was still putting on a show for the sake of my wife who wanted to stick it out. Anyway, in '98 or '99 they must have gone back to Ireland or England, and then I heard that their son, who was about 14 in '97, somehow caused their house to get burnt down. I don't think they're in the Family anymore, and someone told me they now live in Australia.
