I know of the suicide attempt of an SG a few years out. This SG is not on the movingon site.
I also know of an intensive suicidal period in another exmember's life. He made it out and is ok now but it lasted a few years.
I have had intense suicidal periods since leaving. Traumatic events that resonate flare up the PTSD and it is a wax and wane cyclical thing that requires lots of maintenance.
It is not just the ones who do die, it is also about the ones who experience clinical depression and despair in the aftermath of all that "has been," and have struggled or still struggle at times.
Interesting how you talk about the "spiritually dead." One of the FG suicides had told me he "felt he had died already." The body DOES follow. When someone experiences psychological and emotional death, seeking release in physical death seems at times the only way to stop the intense psych-ache.
