Last I heard, about 7 months ago, Silas was still in, he remarried about 10 years ago to Cheer, former wife of Gideon (Toni from the Toni series--both Toni and Cheer are some of the very few second gens in the over 34 catagory). Anyway, they went to China.
All of his children are out. I know the boys are going to school in the States, last I heard, not sure about Arrow, but she left ages ago.
I was a sort of foster mother to them for awhile and spent a lot of time with them at the HCS. Silas was one of my true friends, we could talk beyond the bounds of Family rules, and trust not to report to the leaders about things. He was just a person, a normal person who lived life and accepted people without judging. We went through a major heartbreak at the same time and so spent a lot of time crying on each other's shoulders.
