I hope that in the days to come, what you do with the time will bring resolution. I am also of the opinion that because of the differing personal opinions and the differing direction of the board that you worked so hard to create here (I especially appreciate the Articles page) that you may need a home change.
NDN is not the board that it once was, now that Barney has stepped aside. I do believe that it is a very well mangaged board and that a lot of what you may want in a board is now there: exposure of the Fam, a resource page that, imo, could be topped up to include some of the articles that this site has (perhaps you could work with the coordinators to round out that part of their board,) amazing respect for differences in opinion and lifestyle sans the Fam's spiritual and emotional abuse, freedom to be - just to be ......fun, in depth bible studies, a healthy take on all those conspiracy theories that have helped to drive you to faith rather than from faith, gawd, even an unconditional healthy love for Joel inspite of all his 'whatever you want to call it.' I think it's a well balanced board and my hat goes off to the coordinators there. They seem to have 'floated it out there' for us to avail ourselves of it and have done a marvellous job of keeping it afloat and healthy, imo.
