Thank you for opening this board. I sure do appreciate that you have tried.
I think the problem with your board WC is that you have too many coordinators that pull in different directions. That have so many different ideas and have not similar agendas which causes divisions.
If you have so many themes going on it, it causes confusion. KISS IT... as I always say. Keep It Simple Stupid. 1 or 2 themes at the most and don't get complicated.
