I understand that you believe you have the inside scoop. You have a limited angle on it.
Once again, if there was a "confrontation" as you insist, it never reached me. I was in the middle of discussing things and asking questions, when I was informed about the conclusions people had reached through discussions outside of our staff forum.
I'm sorry but from what I can see you do not at all have a "pretty fair glimpse" of what has transpired. You seem to be needing to find fault with me or exfamily.org. Are you aware that for example, I heavily confronted, deleted and could be said to have "chased off" a staffer who was the target of blame of those you side with?
You are entitled to disagree, and you have stated so. For the record, since you seem to have missed it in my statement, my observation is that the intolerance comes from several camps. It cuts both ways, or from all ways. Liberal left-leaning people, outspoken non-Christian, conservative Christian, ALL do not tolerate each other very well, and that has played out on the boards, and in the inner workings of the staff. You know you're pretty fair when each side gives you hell for giving too much lee way to the other(s)
