Thanks a lot for your comments. I enjoyed Soapbox, partly because I had no obligation to help run it. I could just ignore the ugly stuff. But, I understand very clearly how hard it is to run a forum like that.

I put up this site because my complaint was being igrored. Within 24 hours of annoncing the site, the President of the company contacted me personally. We are negotiating a settlement at this time. But, this is a good example of how much power common people have over corporations in the internet age.
