I think you summed it up very well.
I still call myself a (nominal) believer but my pre-COG upbringing, education annd social and political beliefs (very liberal by US standards) have gradually taken over. In other words, I started using my brain again (what was left after Berg got through with it).
I wish there were more diversity on the boards but there just aren't enough of us foreigners from non-evangelical backgrounds around. I do enjoy the posts of people like Perry and Susie very much, though.
