Another health note: about two weeks ago I started getting a hard lump in my heel which at first I thought was some kind of calcium buildup from banging my heel. Only problem is I never banged my heel. Then my sister who's really into health stuff explained that it was a planter's wart which is something people often get from walking barefoot on the wet tiles of public swimming pools. It's a wart that grows inside the flesh and becomes a hard and very painful lump. Doctors often recommend you digging it out with a knife to relieve the pain, but the solution itself is quite painful.
My sister suggested I peel a banana, cut out the inside white skin, and stick it on a bandaid and attach it to my heel, and change it every day. Well, believe it or not it's been working and the lump is all but gone. Ever heard of this cure, PD? Any idea why it works?
BTW, to avoid getting these kind of warts in public swimming pools, always wear thongs when walking around.
