Geez, I was hoping for a little description. Mainland Chinese cuisine is famous for being exotic, particularly if you're brave enough try culturally different things. I don't know if it would be too impolitic to ask if you tried anything unusual, like cat or sea urchin. I guess that's a stupid question if you're vegetarian, but then I would wonder how many varieties of tofu you sampled.
