We've changed hosting companies so many times that the date stamps are not accurate. I know that file pre-dates my involvement with NDN. I became Technical Manager of the site in November of 2000. The NDN domain name was created on on 12-17-99. Of course, NDN was a print publication before it was a website, so that interview could have been conducted prior to 12-99, but I am certain it wasn't after 11-00.
Regarding Sam... what can I say that I haven't already? Good call on refusing to go private (;
