I left in the first part of the 80s, when some letters started coming out stronger on adult/minor sexual activity. Before that, I didn't see any of that type of activity in the field homes I was acquainted with. I guess MO and sicko company thought that the Davidito letters had not been enough and they started pushing harder.
I have to say that field homes in the areas I was back then were mainly one large family and maybe 2-3 single people with quite a bit of sharing among adults. I am not saying adult/minor never happened, only that I never saw it in the field homes.
What may have happened in selah or special project homes, that's another story.
