The problem with the Swiss banks is that they usually don't go after anyone for anything illegal unless it's a deposed dictator, then they return the millions.
It's rare that the money from mafia dons, whether Sicilian or Russian, gets bothered once it's in the Swiss bank. I doubt if the Swiss would give any bother to cult money.
