Name of the WS Finance guy?

I heard that Isaac Numbers used to be a high finance guy but there was some worldwide guy in charge of all Family finances. Anyone know his legal name? If he could be caught he would be able to tell how much money the Family has, how much is laundered away in Swiss bank accounts under whose names, etc. It just seems to me that this is a key guy to catch.

I know you can't force exmembers to talk if they don't want to (unless you subpeona them for a court case) but don't some people have a responsibility to tell what they know?
