What are selah homes used for? Is this where the WS worker bees launder the money & crunch out the budget allocations for the next fiscal year (assuming The Second Coming doesn't occur first)?
Also, how do people in WS define the role of "leader"? Does that only refer to the top silerback male in the hierarchy, i.e., the home's shepherd? What about the second in command? What about the leadership role of the person who manages the sharing schedule, seeing how that's a major form of social control?
I'm really wondering where the buck stops, particularly in lieu of the comments involving James Penn's limited leadership role as a WS PR officer. So the Family's chief PR strategist isn't a leader, just a servant to the leadership. What about the chief financial officer, or is that synonymous with the CEO? What about the chief operations officer or secretary of state? Are these guys lackeys with no responsibility for decision-making?
I just don't understand the leadership structure. I never did, to be honest. How does the top leadership duo delegate authority that runs the ship of state?
