As my memory serves me Sara & others in Berg's household did call Davidito 'the little prince'. It was an actual expression they used which may be where you got that idea from. But then look at how Berg called all his sons & daughters 'the Royal Family'. Faithy, Deborah & her kids, Ho & his kids & Aaron while he was still alive.
But look what Berg did to all his 'royal family'. He helped drive Aaron to suicide, he wanted Deb dead saying 'If Truth Kills, Let it Kill.' He called her a demon. Faithy was his favorite for a while & then he repeatedly rebuked her & slapped her with retraining. And Merry Berg, also part of the 'royal family' was tortured beyond belief & Maria wanted to throw her off the wall.
I say kids watch the hell out when Berg calls you 'royal' or 'prince.' You're in the center of the insanity & will get it more than the average person in the Family.
