It's really radical stuff when you start to think about the implications for parents who think they have a god-given "right" and responsibility to mold children into true believers and missionaries.
I would say the Family is vulnerable to action under Articles 13, 17 & 32. The problem is, they figured out how to cover their criminal asses by promulgating a written policy (the Charter). However, evidence suggets there are plenty of Family kids being economically exploited through litnessing & domestic labor, particularly in homes located in developing countries. So who's going to notice these kids are academically deficient because they're out on the streets hawking Family lit & videos? How is their lot much different than that of most kids growing up in India, Brazil, or South Africa?
And who's going to notice there are kids going through a six-month lockdown, e.g., restricted from worldly inputs from books, movies, radio, the internet, contact with siblings & parents outside TF--just because Zerbot & Pooter decided it's time for the adults to go through a period of obedient submission and group reorganization?
Considering the fact that an earlier generation of Family kids were beaten and raped as a consequence of the Family's prophetic leadership, we should feel relieved that the current crop only have to cope with restricted access, child labor, and inadequate education?
