That's quite a read.
Ricky showed up on NDN over two years ago and wrote some very volitile messages. I archived them in our "Resource and Research" section:

I was sorry when he seemed to vanish. Now, reading the recent post on Movingon, it appears that he thought he had lost some credibility amoung ex-members over having taken money from The Family.
I think it was a stroke of genius for him to create a "prophecy" that dead Berg wanted him to have a car and the CRO home in Mexico was supposed to pay for it. Just to turn around and use that car to escape.
Not being an ex-member myself, I think of that kind of thing as poetic justice.
Though, I have seen people express guilt in the past over having taken money that they helped raise to buy food or clothes, or see a doctor.
My wife told me about a time in a foreign country when she didn't even have shoes to wear. A hippy came up and asked her why she didn't take some of that money she was raising and buy herself a pair of shoes. She explained that it wasn't her money. He ended up buying her some shoes.
To an outsider, it doesn't seem logical that someone would work so hard for an organization, and not have their own basic human needs met.
As far as Ricky goes, I have no idea how someone could be raised the way he was, and have any point of reference at all for right or wrong. It probably is a miracle that he figured out that he should leave. Nothing he has done has damaged is credibility in my mind.
