Because if IQ and being dumb or stupid were factors in getting into the family, then it would stand to reason that the longer one stayed in, the, er, dumber they were?
But remember I am not calling you a dumb one here because it is not my belief that stupid people joined the family or that only stupid people stayed in for long lengths of time. I do believe it is a wise move to get out even though many people who left did not realize it at the time of departure.
