Hey, that's really cool that you've used vegetable oil in your diesel!
From what I've read about doing this, you really have to be careful about what kind of vegetable oil you use, depending on the engine, because it can leave engine-damaging deposits that can destroy the engine.
There are companies that sell a kit that allows most diesels to run unmodified vegetable oil. There are also inexpensive recepies for modifying straight vegetable oil into bio-diesel. Visit:
