I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN I FINALLY LEFT THE GROUP IN THE EARLY 80'S FOR GOOD!!! THE FAMILY IS THE PHONIEST BUNCH OF FAKE CHRISTIANS I HAVE EVER MET. I LEFT WHEN MY DAUGHTER WAS BARELY 2 YEARS OLD. I HAVE GONE THROUGH SOME BAD TIMES WITH HER IN HER TEEN YEARS, BUT IM SURE IT IS NOTHING COMPARED TO THE POOR FAMILY TEENS.
I left and there was no looking back and no regrets!!
There is a big beautiful world out there. You can be any religion you want to be. I am still a christian, but I have never found a church that I feel comfortable, maybe that is my problem, but I can live with it.
I would rather be a dirt poor hog farmer or a dog poo scooper, I would rather clean stinky bed pans in old folks home, then ever be in the Family praising their phoney homosexual Jesus.
But if people like Matt whine and pine about the
family, maybe they should go back or grow a spine and go on and try to enjoy life.
If they won't take you back you can go ahead and start your own cult/religion. Good Luck to you!
