I'm sorry, but where I come from anyone over 21 having sex with a 16 year old, consensual or not, is a rapist. When will they ever lear? Does this mean that if some greasy haired 50 year old hippy that happens to be the home shepherd finally talks some 16 yr old into having sex that M & P think it's pardonable? The sooner they rot in hell the better.
